Perhaps because it's smack right in the heart of Orchard Road, located just above Somerset MRT. Recently, with the opening of Orchard Gateway, this links together 313 Somerset to Orchard Central, creating an opportunity to beat the heat and have a seamless shopping and dining experience along Orchard Road. 313 Somerset has a good retail mix comprising of mostly high street fashion shops like Forever21, Zara, Promod, Mango, New Look, CottonOn, and Uniqlo.
