Buffet Varieties In Singapore

Buffets In Singapore

With so many variety of buffets in Singapore gastronomically crafted to suit each taste bud the only challenge is simply where to go?

On a low budget
How about trying Seoul Garden. This is popular among the young ones as it is an inexpensive place to enjoy a buffet made up of mostly barbeque meats.

Love Japanese food
Kuishin Bo is a popular Japanese buffet dining spot for Singaporeans. It is a great place to enjoy endless supply of sashimi, teppanyaki, and Californian Maki. Of course there is a lot of other food choices, and do make a reservation early in the week if you intend to dine over the weekend.

So you are a chocoholic

If you love chocolates, the best place where you will feel so at home is definitely The Chocolate Buffet at Fullerton Hotel. They serve chocolates in all forms, from your cakes right down to severing you different percentage levels of cocoa in your drink. Of course if things get a little too chocolaty, wash it down with a few non-chocolate items also available.

Vegetarian and looking for a buffet

Sure there is a buffet for you too! I particularly like Lingzhi hotpot buffet. It consists of a constantly boiling pot of broth where you can cook all sorts of vegetables and mushrooms. It is indeed a totally healthy fare to have as a buffet. You can also venture into their Vegetarian Tim Sum which is delicious and tasty as well.

Hotel buffet recommendation
My favorite hotel buffet is definitely MELT, located at the Mandarin Oriental,. I love their barbeque buffet nights where they will barbeque tiger prawns and steaks for you. Also their seafood is really fresh and plentiful. I love the way they decorate the buffet tables with little nooks to explore a delectable morsel to place on your plate.

Craving for dessert and tea
The Rose Verandah is the place to go. Located at Shangri-La, it is a gorgeous place to visit on a Saturday afternoon with your girlfriends. They serve tea in pretty rose tea pots with over 100 tea blends for you to choose from. There is quite a lovely spread of delicious cakes to choose from. For those who skipped lunch and want something savory there are also some light food to choose from.

Looking for the most variety of food?
Then head down to The Line, also located at Shangri-la. They have the largest selection of food here. Though perhaps too many food types till it is no longer exquisite. Sometimes, I believe things are better savored when in smaller quantity.
